These Terms and Conditions for the Sale (“TCS”) are incorporated into the Terms of Service (“TOS”) for the Service. All sales are subject to the TOS and the Privacy Policy incorporated therein. If there are any conflicts between the TCS and the TOS, the terms of the TOS shall prevail.

●Price
Usage fee of 8,800 Japanese Yen (one lump-sum payment)
●Delivery fee
We will consign a delivery company to deliver the membership benefit and a special benefit newsletter to the User’s designated address in Taiwan.
If the User wishes to have the membership benefit delivered, the delivery fee (Shipping to Taiwan: 1,650 Japanese Yen) shown on the registration screen will be incurred. If the User wishes to have the special benefit newsletter delivered, a delivery fee will be incurred.
●Necessary charges other than usage and delivery fees
Communication charges. In addition, consumption taxes (VAT, GST, Sales Tax, etc.) and customs duties may be imposed in each country, state or region.
●Time of offering
The User can use the Service immediately after the admission procedures are completed.
●Method and timing of payment of fees

*Payment must be made in one lump-sum. Charges will be based on the admission date or renewal date. Settlement dates and payment processing dates will vary depending on the credit card company.

●Special conditions for refunds, etc.
Cancellations and refunds are accepted only within seven (7) days of admission. However, if the User has used any part of the Service (including access to web contents such as Q&A, Deskside, Gallery, Play List, Daily Quiz, Wallpaper, newsletters, illustrations, movies, photos, and words), a request for a refund will not be accepted.
